How are merchandise returns handled?
We will not accept returns that do not have a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number (RMA), so please contact us
before sending any items back. To get an RMA number, call 1-800-617-1473, EXT 803 or email us at support@endurancetoner.com.
Once we contact you with an RMA# and shipping info., you may send your item back to Endurance Imaging Products, LLC .
Make sure your RMA# is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Do you offer larger volume discounts?
Yes. Simply call 1-800-617-1473, EXT 801 or email sales@endurancetoner.com and one of our account executives about the options that may be available for your company. After conducting a professional needs assesment, we can customized our online services as well as pricing for your company.
What is MICR?
MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) was developed to utilize the benefits of computer technology in the banking industry. Endurance Imaging Products offers many of its cartridges in a MICR version. Endurance brand laser toner cartridges employ only the finest MICR toner, and are 100% guaranteed to be readable by all MICR systems.
